Operation Cold Snap is a program designed to bring warmth and utility savings to Veterans this winter. Thanks to the team at Apex Heating and Air Conditioning we will be providing Veterans with a complete tune-up, safety inspection and assessment of their furnace, valued at $109 each.
A selected group of Veterans will receive upgrades and repairs to their current heating system to lower utility costs and improve efficiency. Select Veterans will be eligible for a brand new fully-installed high efficiency furnace, valued at over $5000.
According to the Department of Energy, heating and cooling a home accounts for about 50% of its utility costs. With this program, we can help lower the financial burden of high utility bills, and ensure that the Veteran’s home will be heated safely this winter.
The criteria to be eligible for this opportunity is you must have served in one of the U.S. Military Branches and have been deployed to a combat zone, be a member of a Gold Star Family, or be a family member living with a veteran who has deployed to a combat zone.
