Our Burn Class is a 30 minute class. One Shot Burn is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty! The is no weight lifting experience required. This class is designed to bring Veterans together and continue to build healthier lives and habits.
This class is FREE to Veterans.
Waiver and RSVP are at the CrossFit One Shot website or at the “Waiver and RSVP” hyperlink below. You may also show up with their DD214 or ID Card. Please ensure you select the “6:45PM The Burn” class under Monday’s classes.
The course is every Monday at 6:45pm at CrossFit One Shot (1277 Cornell Rd, Green Bay, WI 54313)
