DR. ABBY HUNTLEY, LPC-SAS, ICS, CCTP, NCC, BC-TMHP
I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision-Forensic Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Substance Abuse Specialty, Independent Clinical Supervisor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Board-Certified TeleMental Health Provider. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, couples, and special populations such as Veterans, caregivers, and probation for over 10 years. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing (certified). I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and find that this provides rapid relief to trauma and distressing symptoms with great success. I incorporate a variety of other theories and interventions including Family Systems, Trauma-Informed, Attachment, and Solution-Focused. I practice a collaborative and client-centered approach finding internal motivations to make changes with clients while meeting them where they are at. I enjoy using horses, dogs, archery, and outdoors in therapy and our work together.
JORDYN ARCHAMBEAU, MSW, APSW
I graduated with my Bachelors of Social Work in 2014 where I continued my professional career as an in-home Family Support Specialist with Family Services. My passion lies within working with families overcoming trauma and conflict, to build an understanding around mental health, and to feel confident within parenthood and living their best childhood. I currently hold my Master’s in Social Work where I completed a clinical internship through St. Elizabeth Hospital within the Adolescent Behavioral Unit running youth groups and facilitating individual and family therapy. Along with individual therapy, I provide adolescent and adult group therapy focusing on mental health and providing a peer based supportive atmosphere. My approach focuses on trauma informed care and strength-based perspectives utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family-Systems and Attachment Theory. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
CHRISTOPHER BURDICK, MA, LPC-IT
I graduated from Lakeland University in 2013 where I received my Master’s of Arts in Counseling. I started my career as a youth counselor in the Milwaukee area, where I remained for nearly three years before transitioning to crisis management in 2010 at Innovative Services. I have worked with adults and children diagnosed with anxiety, depression, bipolar, oppositional defiant disorder, and reactive attachment disorder. My approach primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing with the inclusion of other theories and interventions that support evidence-based practices. I am committed to using a client-centered approach to promote personal growth and development within our clients. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Elizabeth Maes, MA, LPC, LMFT
I hold a master’s degree in clinical counseling and am licensed as a Professional Counselor and a Marriage and Family therapist in the state of WI. I am a Certified Trauma Professional through, and is trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution therapy. I have worked with children, teens and adults for the last 8 years in community settings in both rural and urban areas. I work from a trauma informed viewpoint and utilize multiple modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and motivational interviewing among others, to help clients decrease distressing symptoms so that they can get back to living. I work with clients from where they are and help them to find internal motivators to help them make the changes, they need to make to get healthy. She currently sees children and adults at Bellin’s East De Pere Clinic.
